You also declare that you are of legal age and, if acting on behalf of an organization, that you have the authority to bind it.

3. Description of the Service

Human Innovation Index is an organizational self-assessment tool that measures a company's propensity for innovation across 6 dimensions through a 40-question questionnaire. The Service includes: free completion of the assessment with an interactive results dashboard, simulation tools (Time Machine, weights console, What-If simulator) and a free Premium Report in PDF format with in-depth analysis, benchmarks and an operational roadmap.

4. Permitted use and prohibitions

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to applicable law;
  • fraudulent activities, spam or deceptive communications;
  • infringe third-party intellectual property rights;
  • interfere with the security of the Service (malware, unauthorized access attempts, automated scraping, vulnerability probing);
  • decompile, reverse engineer or resell/redistribute the Service or its content, nor circumvent technical limitations.

5. Intellectual property

The Seller owns all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, the HII methodology, the questionnaire, texts, graphics and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the Premium Report for your organization's internal use. The data you enter remains yours: you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Free Service

The Service, including the Premium Report PDF, is free of charge. To download the Premium Report we only ask for an email address, processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Informational nature of the report and limitation of liability

The assessment results and the Premium Report are for informational and guidance purposes only. The result is not based on validated scientific evidence, but on field experience. The contents do not constitute professional, financial, legal or management advice, nor a binding recommendation: any decision you take based on the report remains your sole responsibility. The Seller disclaims all liability for any use of the data and contents of the report.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill) and its aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Mandatory legal limits remain unaffected (fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury).

8. Service level and warranties

The Service is provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of: material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, any data associated with your session may be deleted.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lodi, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory jurisdiction. In the event of force majeure (causes beyond reasonable control), obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.
